We control order quality based on agreed AQL standards (Critical 0%, Major 0.65%, Minor 2.5%). Additionally, our glass is SGS tested according to TPCH standards to ensure it is free of heavy metals.
What customization options are available for the bottles?
We offer extensive customization including hot stamping, silk screen printing, coating, frosting, and decal application. We can also produce custom shapes based on your drawings or physical samples.
What types of sealing and closures do you provide?
We supply various closure options such as plastic corks, aluminum corks, and wooden corks. We also offer transparent or colored sleeves with customized printing.
What is the typical lead time for orders?
For items in stock, delivery takes 5-7 days. For custom orders, creating sample molds takes about 20 days, sampling 10 days, and mass production approximately 35 days after sample approval.
What are your minimum order quantities and payment terms?
Our standard MOQ is 1X40HQ. We typically accept a 30% T/T deposit, with the remaining 70% balance payable before loading.
What packaging methods do you offer for safe transport?
Options include bulk with full or half-height palletization, carton packing with pallets, and floor-loaded cartons. We can also provide other customized packaging solutions based on your requirements.
