What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is a 20GP container. Customers can mix different products in one 20GP. However, we suggest a 40HQ container as it is more economical for sea freight based on our export experience.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery usually takes 20-45 days after receiving the advance payment, depending on the order quantity. For stock items, we can ship to the port within 7 days after payment.
What are your terms of payment?
Our standard terms are a 30% TT deposit and the 70% balance against the copy of the B/L within 7 days.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide 1-3 pieces of samples for free, with freight collect. For bulk production, mold fees may be refunded.
Can you handle customized designs and logos?
Absolutely. We offer free design services based on your requirements and can provide clear, frost, painted, decal printing, and embossed logos on glass bottles and jars.
What packaging options are available?
We offer multiple packaging solutions including egg crates with cartons, paper trays with pallets, or fully customized packaging to ensure safe transport.
